Tom's 54 champ

Just a little update on my 54.  It will be going in for paint very soon  maybe next week  My friend Dave have done very good by me. I was surpost to help him buy my health interfeared with that.  But the car has never looked so good Even from the factory the panels and gaps look great now I don't want to put the old crome back on. The car has a new left quarter the whole think was down to bare metal and the best primere used the frount fenders had majior work done on them. Before I owned the car it was hit in the rear the lid was never fixed right and the channel where the weatherstrip was a mess. That's all new.  The hood well I just can't beleive he got that hood to work it was folded in half both corners were kinked and riped I only wish I had a picture of it before he did his magic on it.  The only bad thing is Dave dosen't want to see studebaker for a long time.  I will take a lot of pictures of it.      Tom

Re: Tom's 54 champ

I'am sorry about the pic's  The car is painted and now home at 1st. looked beauitful straight as can be, shines, smooth as glass, the caps and pandles are great. But the color is a little darker then it was I can live with that but there is something about the paint It's foggie cloudy I use to see my reflecltion on it now a see A reflecltion It may have to be shot again when the weather is warmer And when we find out what went wrong.  Working on that.
